For the first joint students workshop at GSA, Marc and Karen took the lead together with Edwin.
The first task of the day was drawing movement.
We had big sheets of paper and a lot of different drawing implement.
One of the students from GSA put on the disco play list, and some of the participants were picked out to dance in the middle of the room. The rest of us drew the dancers. We then changed who danced and who drew, during a session lasting a couple of hours. We also rotated, drawing on each others drawings, and switched drawing implements as well.

As part 2, we paired up, one person holding a sheet of paper while dancing, the other person trying to draw on the paper while dancing. Then we switched who was drawing and who was hlding the paper.

The session ended with the drawings spread on the floor, each participant oicking two favourites, one they had worked on themself and one dawn by another person. We then discussed those drawings in the group.
