The second day, Wednesday March 7th, Karen led the workshop together with Kimberley and Edwin.

The students had been told to send in by mail "found sentences" for this session; text from newspapers, songs, books etc. The sentences where put together in a long list and printed out.

The participating students then got one and one strip of paper with an identical sentence on, and told to draw a drawing based on the sentence in 3 minutes. Then they got a new sentence to base a drawing on, and a new one, and a new one... This resulted in hundreds of drawings.

The students were then divided into groups, discussing the finished drawings, reorganizing them, and working with them as a group to make something together.

The end result was many very different ways to solve the assignment: we got a book, a seies of bigger drawings that summarized the groups smaller drawings, an illustrated poem (recited) etc
